Carrier
MTI UVT’s all share a universal Heavy Duty Carrier with an all mechanical powertrain. Designed to be versatile and durable this carrier can accommodate a multitude of functions ranging from Fuel/lube truck to man-basket or cement Mixer. With an EPA/MSHA Certified engine and environmental Cab, MTI UVT’s contribute both function and form. MTI UVT’s come standard with mercedes MB904 engines, variable displacement hydraulics, fail-safe brakes, and a Dana powertrain for a rugged platform and a long service life.
Environmental Controlled ROPS-FOPS Certified Cabs
MTI’s ROPS-FOPS Certified, environmentally controlled cabs are designed for improving visibility and versatility. The compartment isolates the operator from particulate matter and other harmful emissions with advanced air filtration and a climate control system. Noise is reduced significantly with the use of insulation integrated within the cab structure and vibration dampeners isolate the cab from the frame. Our large ergonomically designed cabs have simple and efficient controls for a smooth, safe ride, reducing operator fatigue.
